A sales and marketing professional with expertise within the hotel industry and MICE, Natallia Zaremba, the founder of Zaremba Consulting GmbH, started her career in Prague working for leading lifestyle and design hotels. Her next career move took her to Switzerland, to specialise in both the leisure and MICE segments with hotel chains, where she held senior sales positions. The scope of her work included growing and optimising revenue streams for convention departments, strategic repositioning locally and internationally, as well as re-openings.

Apart from possessing a strong local knowledge of the entire Swiss market, she has developed a deep understanding in key geographical markets in Europe and the Middle East. She was able to drive inbound growth for the properties by building and developing long-term collaborations with various stakeholders: convention bureaus, DMCs, venues and agencies.

Her successful completion of some of the latest courses at prestigious Cornell University equipped her with the right tools to be at the forefront of digital marketing within the hospitality sector. Regular updates with the international alumni network of hoteliers and sales and marketing professionals help her stay on top of the best practices.

Fluent in German, English, Russian, Italian and Czech, she is constantly travelling for work and leisure to keep up to date with the latest travel and hospitality trends.
